Was genau ist eine Q2-Zertifizierung der DRG?
Die Deutsche Röntgengesellschaft hat das Ziel, eine möglichst hohe Qualität der radiologischen Diagnostik zu fördern. In interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mit zuweisenden Disziplinen wird so die Qualität der Gesundheitsversorgung und die Patientensicherheit verbessert.
Zugleich erhöht eine leitliniengerechte Diagnostik die Effizienz der eingesetzten Mittel im allgemeinen Gesundheitswesen. Sie steuert und optimiert die durchgeführten Therapien.
Die Zertifizierung ist mehrstufig. Dabei werden nicht nur strukturiert fundierte Kenntnisse der muskuloskelettalen Anatomie, Physiologie und Pathophysiologie nachgewiesen – auch die technischen Grundlagen und breite klinische Erfahrungswerte müssen vorhanden sein.
Die erworbenen Qualifikationen können durch Q-Zertifikate nachgewiesen werden. Dabei steht die Qualifizierungsstufe Q2 für die höhere Stufe. Für eine erfolgreiche Zertifizierung wird eine dokumentierte, fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung von MRT und CT für muskuloskelettale Diagnostik vorausgesetzt.
Weiterhin müssen besondere theoretische Kenntnisse, die zur eigenständigen Durchführung und Interpretation kardialer CT- bzw. MRT-Untersuchungen des Herzens befähigen, vorliegen. Diese gehen deutlich über die im Rahmen der Ausbildung zur Fachärztin bzw. zum Facharzt für Radiologie erworbenen Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse hinaus.
